64H Limited Liability Partnership was formed in 2005 by Clive Barlow, Lee Higgins and Paul Higgins to provide office and industrial space to small to medium sized businesses (SME’s). More recently, further acquisitions have broadened our client base to include NHS Trusts and major corporate organisations.

64H acquires and leases commercial property to clients such as Hertz UK, NHS trusts, Enterprise Rent-A-Car & Balfour Beatty.
Our current portfolio ranges from small industrial units to a Head Office facility on a 2 acre site, sites are located in Birkenhead, Blackburn, Derby, Ellesmere Port, Liverpool, Stoke-On Trent & Welwyn Garden City. We have newly refurbished premises available to let in Blackburn and Rochdale.
